David Dobrowolski

Dave was born and raised in Brookline, MA and has lived in the Greater Boston area for over 15 years. Dave received his Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Boston. With over 12 years of industry experience, Dave has established himself as an expert in the field working across several facets of the real estate business with a rapidly growing client base. As the former CEO of All-Bright Realty, Dave served as a trusted investment property advisor for over a decade managing a 300+ unit portfolio across Greater Boston, Brookline, Cambridge and Metro West. In conjunction, Dave quickly grew an extensive book of business in the residential sales sector through cultivating long lasting relationships with local developers, investors, first time home buyers and sellers alike. He has been exclusively partnered with Brookline Development Corp for over a decade, now managing their rapidly growing real estate portfolio, while also administering comprehensive marketing programs for an array of new development projects they've built throughout Boston and Brookline. Dave has earned the trust of his clients through demonstrating a tenacious work ethic, extraordinary market knowledge, and his ability to leverage an array of unparalleled resources that he has built over the past 12 years. Dave founded Block Realty in 2022 which he credits as a testament to his loyal clients and the incredibly talented team he has been fortunate enough to align with throughout his career. Dave recently moved to Weston MA with his wife Alexandra (also a Real Estate Broker), their son David James, and his two huskies Tito and Leo.

Alyssa was born and raised in Weston, MA and currently resides in Brookline. She attended The George Washington University in D.C. receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Shortly after graduating, Alyssa worked at BMW Sudbury, quickly ascending as one of top sales producers in the dealership. Her experience working in a fast paced, competitive sales environment harnessed her natural customer service talents, which soon became the foundation of her real estate career. After spending 4 years at BMW, Alyssa decided to follow her entrepreneurial spirit and start an online jewelry company Sixty Stax with her sister, Gabriella. The company became an instant success through the utility of custom brand creation, tasteful design, and the implementation of a comprehensive marketing campaign on social media. Alyssa is able to leverage her extensive experience in both sales and digital advertising serving as Block Realty's Marketing Director and a trusted Real Estate Advisor who has sold over $40 million of real estate since 2020. Alyssa's keen eye for interior design, coupled with her niche expertise in unique brand customization, has been the centerpiece of Block Realty's marketing department which continues to push the envelope on the creative side.

Taylor grew up in South Freeport, Maine and graduated from Boston University receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. Taylor decided to get her real estate license her Sophomore year at BU and quickly became immersed in the industry at a young age. Taylor has her finger on the pulse of the Boston Real Estate Market with a keen understanding of local neighborhoods and all they have to offer. Taylor has emerged as a top producing leasing agent while also working alongside our Residential Sales team in the luxury market. She provides a dedicated white glove service for all of her clients going above and beyond what the job offers to ensure excellent service.

Since starting his real estate career in 2014, John has been involved in the sale of over 50 properties, serving as a buyer’s agent, listing agent, and team member across a diverse range of transactions. In 2023, John co-founded Beacon Management Solutions, a boutique firm managing over 100 units. Native to the area, Nick grew up in Newton and studied Hospitality Administration at Boston University. Harry was born and raised in Brookline, MA and graduated from The University of Virginia receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Harry started his career in education working in the Brookline School system while receiving his masters degree in Counseling from Cambridge College. Harry is the definition of a true entrepreneur, working across several industries in unison from running a successful family owned ticket brokerage for the past 5 years while recently launching Ziggy's Pizza in Brighton in 2022. Harry has worked closely in the residential sector of the real estate industry over the past 14 years with deep roots and an extensive network in Brighton and Brookline. Harry's depth in understanding hyper local market segments in Boston coupled with an analytics driven approach provides tremendous value for his clients in what has become a rapidly shifting market.
