Leo Blotner

Raised in Newton, Leo developed an interest in real estate at an early age and began gaining hands-on experience in the industry while still in high school. His background in property management gave him an early understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of owning and operating real estate, from working directly with tenants to managing the financial and operational sides of properties.

Leo went on to study Finance at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, combining his financial education with his experience in the Boston real estate market. Since transitioning into sales and leasing, Leo has worked with clients throughout Greater Boston, including Brookline, Cambridge, Somerville, Allston/Brighton, Back Bay, Fenway, and Mission Hill. His experience includes closing numerous rental transactions and guiding clients through the purchase and sale of residential investment properties.

With experience across sales, leasing, and property management, Leo brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. He prioritizes clear communication, attention to detail, and understanding each client’s individual goals. Having grown up in Newton and worked throughout the Greater Boston market, Leo combines local knowledge with a finance-focused approach to help clients confidently navigate their real estate decisions and build lasting relationships along the way.
